Time to Write

It’s been a busy few weeks in Devon.

And with two children to homeschool whilst painting an exciting new fabric collection, there have been days when it seems nothing has gone to plan!

But in this extraordinary time of lockdown, I can honestly say I have learnt so much from my children.

It has been humbling to see their honest optimism and their inquisitive minds. We have enjoyed Spring together; marvelling at Mother Nature and all the wonders in our back garden and around our Devon village.

Like many of you, we have missed our family and friends so much. Throughout our journey, we have Zoomed, Skyped and Facetimed; but we have never forgotten the simple joy of sending and receiving a card in the post. It never fails to lift the soul, especially when someone is feeling lonely or forgotten.

I hope you enjoy this film. It celebrates my colourful, seasonal cards & sums up how as a family we have survived this strange time so far. It reflects that even beyond lockdown, it’s always a good time to make someone happy with a card.

It’s always a good time to write.

Wishing you all well
